Hoot Suite is an online Twitter client allowing you to do everything you could normally do in Twitter but over multiple profiles and in my opinion with a cleaner interface.
One the best parts of Hoot Suite is the ability to track the URLs you post. This app will automatically shorten your urls and track them meaning you can easily tell how many people have clicked on your links.
Another great feature is the ability to post a status update to multiple Twitter profiles simultaneously!
Finally, you can choose to schedule your Tweet for later. You can set a time and date and Hoot Suite will send out the twitter post without you even being at a computer.
