Essentially You is owned and managed by Julie Tooby, who, having gained a number of years working directly for venues as an events coordinator, decided to utilise the skills gained to establish her own company to focus solely on providing a premier service for Bridal couples which would not only meet, but exceed their expectations.

In her first year as an independent consultant she gained recognition for her skills by receiving a highly commended finalist at the Wedding Industry 2008 awards.

2008/9 saw the company build upon its growing reputation resulting in being voted UK Wedding Planner of the year 2009.
The award is made more prestigious as it is decided by a public vote based on the quality of the service offered and provided to clients.

2009 /10 we have maintained our standards of service, as a result, have won this accolade for the second year in succession by being named Wedding Planner of the year for 2010.
