J & J Balloons Ltd was first set up in 2006 by 2 friends Jo & Julia. We were working with balloons home based for a year and in May of this year 2007 we expanded and opened
J & J Balloons and Party shop in Llandaff North in Cardiff.
We now operate a professional balloon decorating service for any event none are too big or too small.
We continue to supply customers in the Caerphilly area where we live and worked home based and also supply customers and businesses in the Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Our business has expanded dramatically over the past year and we put this down to the friendly service which we supply.
We are more than happy to discuss your requirements either in our shop where our portfolio of weddings and events is or at your choice of venue where we can show you lots of different designs and you can let us know your ideas and what you want.

We are confident that we can supply a first class service to make your wedding venue look spectacular.

We use a large number of different suppliers and can usually get any colour balloon which you require to match your wedding theme.
