Welcome to Refreshed Minds, I'm a wedding therapist helping every member of the wedding party feel at their best on the big day.

Wedding days can be stressful and bring out people's worst fears and phobias but this doesn't have to be the case. I use a range of tools and techniques including coaching and hypnosis to find the right solution for you. Whatever the issue we can work it out, helping you feel calm and in control from getting engaged right through to the honeymoon.

I offer:

121 sessions - professional and confidential sessions in a relaxed environment. A bespoke plan for your individual needs. From speech nerves and weight loss to stress and flying phobias.

Refresh hour - A whole hour of relaxation using hypnotic techniques. Get away from it and leave feeling refreshed. This is suitable for individuals and groups.

Bridal package - 3 pre-wedding sessions on one of the following: stress, fears/phobias or stopping smoking. Plus an hour relaxation session the night before the wedding, either for an individual or group.
