Try not to accept offers from family of friends who kindly say they will bake the wedding cake for you. Unfortunately in the past, brides and grooms have regretted this decision. Professional wedding cake makers are extremely skilled and for a good reason too. There are many things that can go wrong including over and undercooked cakes, icing not set, collapsing cakes etc. Don’t take the risk!
